How to Reduce Your Risk of Sickness & Poor Health

NOW - I’m not saying all illnesses can be avoided, but many can!


Too often, we wait until we get sick to scramble for a recovery plan.


But by then, it's an uphill battle—fighting symptoms & pain while feeling awful.

Preventative measures before illness strikes!


Navigating the world of potions, creams & pills can be confusing.

Here’s a straightforward Sickness Reducer Programme everyone should follow daily.


It’s all about building strong, protective foundations.


Sickness Reducer Tip 1: Get In The 'Move Groove'...


Exercise isn’t just about looking good.


Weight training and regular workouts strengthen your immune system.


Research shows regular exercisers have nearly 50% fewer sick days than those who exercise less frequently.


Even a 25-minute workout, four to five times a week, can make a huge difference.


Sickness Reducer Tip 2: Never Sleep Less Than 6 Hours...


Sleep is crucial for growth, recovery, slowing aging & preventing illness.


One night of less than 4 hours can alter your genes, trigger an immune response, & increase your risk of illness.


Aim for at least 6 hours of sleep per night. Struggling to sleep?


Try:


  • Cooler room temperatures

  • Small doses of melatonin, zinc & magnesium

  • No caffeine after 6pm

  • No screens for an hour before bed


Sickness Reducer Tip 3: Colds Can Be Prevented, Not Cured...


Vitamin C doesn’t cure colds, but it helps prevent them, along with Vitamin D, B-complex, probiotics & fish oil.


These nutrients support your body in fighting & preventing sickness.


Eat fruits, vegetables, fish, or plant-based sources of omega-3s, and take a daily probiotic.


My Daily sickness Reducer Routine


  • 💧 Drink 2.5 litres of water

  • 🛌 Sleep a minimum of 6 hours

  • 🏋️♂️ Exercise 4-6 days a week for 20-80 minutes

  • 🏃 Thorough warm-up & cool-down

  • 🥗 Nourish your body with antioxidants, B-vitamins, Vitamin D, Omega 3/Fish Oil & probiotics
