GymWolfPT Lifestyle - 'Members Only' Community Group...

This group is designed to encourage, support and motivate GymWolfPT Lifestyle members with their health & fitness goals - alongside their GymWolfPT Lifestyle programme.

GymWolfPT coach Ian will regularly be in the group, alongside designated moderators/admin who will also be on hand to help and support where possible.

The group is solely aimed at support, discussion, encouragement and motivation of GymWolfPT clients around the life of their daily training routine / what inspires them / what drives them.

No negativity is wanted or required...so - enjoy the group!

Rules Of The Group:

• Most importantly please respect each group member.

• No racist/sexist or demeaning remarks, or bullying in any shape or form, in this group.

• Advertising is not allowed as it just fills the page and is hard to control.

• Posts that don't fit the bill will be removed without explanation by admin for the good of the group.

• Laughter and banter is of course allowed through posts.

• If you don't like the group for any reason please inbox a admin rather than posting on the page.

• Admins do not want to remove anyone, please remember that, we want you to enjoy, gain support and give great input on to the group page.
