INTRO TO ALCOHOL

 

There is no getting away from the fact that alcohol and 'social drinking' plays a massive part of culture in the United Kingdom, as well as many other countries.

 

It's like a tradition, and some of the most special/important social events have alcohol related activity associated.

 

Examples include:

 

  • Marriage - "let's toast the bride and groom" 
  • Arrival Of A Baby - "let's 'wet the baby's head" 
  • Special event - "let's have champagne"

 

There are many more, and that's not a problem - I'm not anti- alcohol!

 

You can drink and still achieve your health and fitness goals, get the physique you want and be fit and healthy.

 

There's no getting away from the fact that alcohol consumption will slow your progress, but if you make smart choices, control your consumption and fit it into your fitness routine then you will still achieve what you want.

 

The problem occurs with alcohol when it is not controlled, not monitored, ignored as a part of your calorie intake - and spirals.
